We want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, this is how returns work at HI5 Collections.
Returning an item
- Returns are accepted within 2 working days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and packaging.
- Please contact us first by phone or WhatsApp on 054 076 4666 and quote your order number, so we can confirm your return.
Who pays for the return package
- If you are returning an item, the returnee pays the package fee.
- If we sent an entirely wrong order, we cover the package fee.
Exchanges and refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will arrange an exchange or a refund with you directly.
